Week 12 and very happy!

Well - week 12 looked as though it was going to be a challenging week. Started my new job, went straight onto night shifts and didn't know how much I would be able to exercise. Wasn't expecting much of a loss from myself this week but I did it! I got a better loss than the last few weeks in a row!

Today I weighed in and had lost 2.8lbs! So happy with that! It means a total of 2 stone and 0.6lbs lost altogether in the last 12 weeks!

I am currently on Day 4 of the Shred at Level 3!!! Hooray! I made it! I am actually really enjoying Level 3. It does hurt - it hurts real bad! Which is why it feels so good! It takes a much faster pace than levels one and two and it makes the workout feel quicker even though it is the same length. Some of the exercises are immense! I give it my all though and try to keep up with the harder movements. However some of the circuits are just not built for a girl still in the high 14s! I do my best though!

I was very proud this week as I was on nights etc... that I did my usual amount of exercise. Some weeks I do 5 days some I do 6. I have never done less than 5! I hope I can keep this up in my new job and I definitely will do my best to make sure I workout at least 5 days a week!

This morning I decided as I woke up at 6am (on my day off) that I would weigh that early in the morning. This means that I will be over myself and my panic about weighing early for the next few weeks. Phew.

Next week sees me back on day shifts, I don't see any gigantic hurdles coming up in the next week, just got to keep shredding!

As I am coming to the end of this DVD I have invested in two other Jillian Michaels DVDs. I figure I will do them and then rotate back. With this woman on my side - I can do this!!!!!! I am now the proud owner of Six Week Six Pack (which is basically 2 workouts at 2 levels. You do level 1 for 3 weeks and level 2 for three weeks and each workout is 40mins. I have also bought Banish fat & Boost Metabolism but this has not arrived yet! Will let you know about that one when I get it.

That is enough from me, but I hope you are all doing well. I am very proud of what I have achieved in the last 12 weeks...

Here is to making it to the 13's! :-)
