| 35 weeks today & 8 months old! |
Age:
Jack is now 35 weeks and 6 days old. Time is seriously flying! He'll be 1 soon!
Size:
This week he has started to wear a few bits of 9-12 clothes!! I can't believe that's even happening now! He's only just been born! I haven't had him weighed or measured this week but I may try and measure him soon!

He's growing more hair every minute! He's getting bigger and bigger! I dread to think how much he weighs now! He is such a solid boy, but he has the most beautiful baby podge!

Things we did this week:
This week started with a nice quiet day. Jack has just been into everything and trying to pull himself up. Hasn't quite managed it yet though. We went for a walk with the bestie today which was nice :-)

Tuesday me and the bestie went to a shopping centre and we had lunch and the two boys played together. It was so cute they loved it so much and played with older children, who were very well behaved and gentle with the babies!

Wednesday was our usual Jolly Babies class, first time the five babies from our group have been together in a long time, so we took a picture of them all together... a task which is getting very difficult!

Thursday we went up to my Mum's for the day and the bestie came along too! It was a really nice day, the boys are so cute together they are like a couple of puppies!

Friday was lunch with another friend and then we popped to the shops afterwards and I couldn't resist buying him Rusty the Robot :-) he loves him!

On Saturday we went to the zoo with Daddy. It was a really nice day and we even managed to try out the soft play there. I really like the idea of going to soft play with our friends - going to try and find one next week. It was today that Jack managed to pull himself up on the sofa. Saturday night we had the worst night ever! Took so much to settle Jack and had to give 2 night feeds!

Today (Sunday) we went to my Nan's house to see my Mum and then went on to my Uncle's birthday tea. I forgot to take the usual haul of toys to my Nan's so we improvised until his new walker toy arrived! He did seem to enjoy playing with the pots!
Best thing this week:
The best thing this week by far was the day at the zoo with Daddy.
Mummy's thoughts and diary:
This was a lovely week. It went very fast but it was so nice spending every day with the bestie and his Mum! I am so so so glad I went along to my antenatal classes as I would never have met her otherwise. She is literally my rock and I am so glad our babies were born so close together so we can go through it all together. Time is going too fast though :-(
