Hello everyone! Forgive me as I have not blogged for 2 weeks.
Last week (week 26 weigh in) I lost 2lbs and got my 50lb star! :-) I was so happy and amazed and thrilled with my progress. It felt like a real achievement to see that 50lb star bobbing up and down and I felt relieved. I am actually doing this!
This week (week 27 weigh in) I have lost another 1.8lbs and I can't believe how close I am to being in the 12's! I cannot imagine being there and don't know how I will feel when I get there but I cannot wait!
In the past couple of weeks I have been using every opportunity to exercise. I must admit I have still exercised every day but I have been resorting to power walking after work and have been using walks as exercise more than ever before. I am still running and doing Jillian's DVDs. The week before last I actually managed to hurt my back so I have had to take things down a pace. I am thrilled to still be losing and earning my activity points.
I have eaten out so much over the past couple of weeks it is unreal. A couple of trips to the Harvester and a couple of trips to Pizza Express. Survived it all though and am very happy and proud to say that after starting all of this weight watching on the 1st January, I still have never gone over my points. Today that brings me to 191 days on the wagon. The photo on this blog is me hiding in a tree we found on a walk that we went on after visiting the Harvester :-)
The only thing I fear is when I go to Hungary on a 5 day trip in August. I am going with my boyfriend, his mum and sister. I am just terrified about what I am going to eat, I will have no tracker, no internet and no clue of anything. I am also worried because people don't understand that I can't just eat anything and I am worried about coming across as the absolute pain in the bottom. More of a worry is that I have to wear a swimsuit in Hungary because we are going to a natural spa and I have been told I HAVE to go in it! Eeeek.
Anyway my birthday party is my next thing to look forward to! I'm having a country and western BBQ :-) can't wait!
