Week six of weight watchers and 2011 is over. Thank goodness for that. I'd be lying if I said I had a good week! This week was really annoying!
First of all my bed broke when I sat on it. Not the biggest deal ever as my lovely boyfriend managed to tie it back together and balance it on a box. Phew almost had to buy a new bed! Then my zip broke on my new jacket! I never spend money on myself and this jacket was a nice treat - so that was just great. Then on the way home from work on Thursday my car broke down! So on Friday I was carless. I missed the bus home thanks to work running late and I ended up at my Nans house waiting for a lift home. Thankfully my Nan fixed my zip - panic over :-).
Saturday was weigh in day and surprise surprise a gain! Just to finish the week off! Okay, so it was only 0.4lb gain which is hardly anything, but I would have preferred a STS! It's times like this I wish my scales weren't so accurate. Next week that will be gone again (and more). I picked my car up and faced the bill of £140! Money I really don't have. So now I am reviewing my life as I can't afford to buy anything until payday on the 24th and hate being short every single month. It's just no way to live.
Anyway! The eating plan is going really well, I have not strayed and we even had a big lunch for someone that left on Thursday. I didn't have any of the food and for the first time ever, nobody pressured me! Last night I went out to harvester and had the butternut squash soup - but I didn't eat it as it was actually disgusting and did not taste of butternut squash at all, and just salad cart for mains. I even resisted the pasta and potato salad parts of the salad cart.
Today will be Day 5 of the 30 Day Shred at Level 2. Day One I really hated the new workout. Day Two I started to understand it. Day Three I though yep ok I am going to be doing this so I need to get used to it. Day Four I am sooo getting there! I found it a bit weird as you aren't jumping up and around as much, and you spend a lot of time in the ghastly "PLANK" pose as she likes to call it. That really hurts, but I am already able to do it better than I did on Day One. So I am trying to keep positive, no more little things need to go wrong because they aren't catastrophic they are just irritating.
On the up side - My body fat % still went down by 0.1% this week, and my Muscle Mass actually increased by 0.1% so even though I did not lose any weight, I feel better, my uniform is not as tight and I am still in control :-)
Sorry this was such a long post. I feel better now.
How are you all doing?
